I still can't believe how far I have come. And there is no end in sight! This is a lifelong journey. I continue to be inspired by hearing my own friends, family, and friends of friends and their friends too! sharing ways that I have inspired them. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that by making my own physical fitness top priority in my life would I realize that one person really can make a difference in this world. I have found my passion in fitness and helping others find joy in their own lives through fitness. By accomplishing fitness goals that were previously so daunting, I feel free and as if nothing can stop me! I was so heavily weighed down by my insecurities and though I still doubt myself at times, I finally feel free! Never have I felt so fulfilled and inspired. I have more ideas and dreams than I have time to develop them. On a daily basis I have to bring myself down to reality and realize that I can't do EVERYTHING right now! However, I do know that I have the dreams, I have the motivation, I have the will, and I have the support network to accomplish anything I put my mind to. It is only a matter of time, money, and energy to do it all..."patience, young grasshopper..."
